Sami Brown began her entrepreneurial journey in 2018 with the opening of Samantha's Sweets in Arkadelphia, AR. Over the course of six years, she and her husband transformed the bakery into a bustling café that became a beloved staple in the community. Sami successfully navigated the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, rebranding and pivoting to create Samantha's Bakery & Café—a resilient business model that kept the doors open and the community served.

Under Sami’s leadership, the business grew from two owner-employees to a team of 15. She developed effective systems and cultivated a coveted work culture rooted in her core belief that everyone deserves to love their job—and that starts with the boss.
